Ciclo

The story of Ciclo begins in mid-November 2019, where I and my teammates decided that we wanted to join the Junior Achievement competition once again. After a lot of brainstorming, I came up with the idea of renting out appliances, such as speakers for parties, chairs, furniture ... etc.

Christodoulos extended the idea by introducing the donate and recycle section of the website. Meaning that our website would offer information as to where to dispose of your appliances if you don't or can't rent them out.

As the idea started to get developed more in-depth, we were running a bit late, as we delayed to come up with the idea. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I've had enough time to develop the website long before the finals. Though Ciclo couldn't be used as Cyprus was under lockdown.

We were nominated third place in the Junior Achievement competition, including a meeting with the president of Cyprus, Mr Nikos Anastasiades.
The meeting got scheduled to be on the 14th of September at the Presidential Palace.
